Our Dalton office now has a fitness center.  One of the primary markers of aging is the loss of muscle tissue and bone mass. 

This can lead to :

  • Loss of active lifestyle
  • fractures

The only effective method of preventing this loss is through resistance exercises.  Our fitness center offers low impact exercise equipment, perfect for people who want to maintain muscle tone and bone strenght.  It is only available to our patients, 59 years of age or older*

*Younger patients receiving doctor supervised rehabilitative exercises may also use the equipment.
